T99 Taka's Terms & Conditions — in plain language, in Bengali

These terms and conditions apply to all use of the t99 Taka platform — both the website and the mobile app. By creating an account or using our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms.

These terms have been written in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the English version shall be considered final.

To create an account at t99, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old — registration is strictly prohibited for anyone under this age.
• Each person may operate one account only — multiple accounts under the same device, IP address, or identity are not permitted.
• The information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Mobile number verification is mandatory — confirmation must be done via OTP.
• To make a withdrawal, you must complete KYC using a government-issued ID (NID or passport).

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone, and avoid logging in from public devices. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact us immediately at support@t99-taka.com.

All financial transactions on t99 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Currently accepted payment methods:

• bKash — directly from your personal bKash account.
• Nagad — via Nagad, the postal department's mobile financial service.
• Rocket (DBBL) — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.

Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile number used to verify the account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

All bonus offers at t99 come with specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you have agreed to those terms.

• The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once per account.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7–30 days — any unused bonus will be cancelled once it expires.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
• For Sports Betting bonus wagering, each bet must have minimum odds of 1.50.
• For casino bonus wagering, slots contribute 100% while live table games contribute 10–20%.
• If a bonus goes unused for any reason, the original deposit may still be withdrawn — however, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

There are some general rules at t99 that apply to all types of bets:

• Bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed — please double-check before clicking.
• Pre-match odds may change up until the start of the match; the odds at the time your bet is placed are final.
• In live betting, odds change in real time — if your bet is confirmed with a slight delay, the odds may differ.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is generally refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding scorers or match results, data from international sports data providers will be considered final.
• If one event in a parlay bet is cancelled, it will be removed and the remaining selections will determine the outcome.

T99 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount if unusual betting patterns are detected. This is to prevent match fixing and other irregular activities.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on t99 and will result in immediate account closure upon detection:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Using false information or a fake identity to claim bonuses.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or taking advantage of technical errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.
• Any attempt to carry out a cyberattack or hack against t99.

T99 collects users' personal information solely for the purpose of providing its services. We never sell personal data to third parties.

The information we collect includes: name, mobile number, email address, national ID (for KYC), and transaction history. This data is used solely for account security, payment processing, and responsible gaming management.

T99 is built for entertainment — not as a solution to financial problems. Keep the following in mind while using the platform:

• Bet within your means — never chase losses by placing more bets to recover what you've lost.
• If betting is causing you anxiety rather than enjoyment, take a break.
• Deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits are available — make use of them.
• You can activate self-exclusion at any time — from 24 hours up to permanently.

T99 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If a serious breach of terms is detected.
• Based on a valid legal order or regulatory directive.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (over 12 months) — a notification will be sent beforehand.
• If inconsistencies are found during age or identity verification.
